''The Ten Mandamentos'' is a Brazilian soap opera produced by the Network Record, and exhibited between 23 March to 16 October 2015 like the "novel of the eight" of the emisora, in 170 chapters, being substituida by Slave Mother. Writing by Vivian of Olivo and with general direction of Alexandre Avancini, is an adaptation of four of the books that compose to Bíblia - Êxodo, Levítico, Numbers and Deuteronômio - narrating the history of Moses from his birth until his death, standing out the meeting with God in the Mountain Sinai, the plagues launched on the Egypt, his participation in the release of the Jewish village escravizado in the country, the passage by the Red Sea, the disclosure of the ten mandamentos, the travessia of forty years in the desert and the arrival of the village to the earth promised.
